Our goal is to provide our customers with luxury items in the best possible condition. Every item is carefully inspected before being listed, and we strive to offer products that show minimal signs of wear. As many of our pieces are pre-owned, occasional signs of use may be present. In the rare event that an item has a tear, stain, repair, or other noticeable wear, this will always be clearly stated in the product description. We also provide detailed, high-quality photographs of any imperfections so that you can make an informed purchase with confidence.

Whenever possible, we professionally clean, wash, and care for our items before they are offered for sale. Minor imperfections may be repaired or reinforced, such as small loose seams or stitching, provided this can be done without compromising the item’s integrity or appearance.
