Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This policy applies to orders delivered within the European Union.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Any additional materials included with the product — such as tags, labels, boxes, receipts, or other packaging elements — must also be returned. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you have and place a new order separately once your return has been accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify for this right, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
